Our staff in the Building Diagnostic Division are all experienced and competent in carrying out destructive and non-destructive investigation for different types of building structures which inter alia includes aging buildings, cantilevered canopies, fire damaged buildings and vehicular tunnels. In addition to those traditional tests, our Building Diagnostic Division possesses the latest testing equipment for carrying out Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test, R.C. Radar Test, Half-cell Potential Test, Resistivity Test, Carbonation Test and Chloride Diffusion Test on concrete structures. We also possess three sets of infrared thermo scanner to conduct Infrared Thermography Survey in detecting water leakage, debonding of wall tiles and delamination of concrete for buildings.
