Our audit teams understand the customers・ needs, and are well equipped with the knowledge and understanding of the certification standards, the characteristics and jargons of the industries, the core processes and critical issues involved. This recognized competence of CCSL will ensure the effective identification of strengths for organisations together with any areas for improvement in the management system through regular assessment visits.
Impartiality and Independence
CCSL insists on the integrity of the certification process and operates in accordance with the international accreditation requirements illustrated in the applicable ISO/IEC guidance documents. Every application has to go through the same stringent process to ensure independence, and impartiality of certification.
Serving the Local Community
CCSL is based in Hong Kong. We are familiar with the local culture and industry practices, language and jargons; as well as the local legal and regulatory requirements. We strive to provide value-added assessment services that are specific to the locality and the industry.
We pledge
to conduct pre-audit visit or document assessment within 30 working days after receipt of the customer・s application and necessary documents;
to conduct on-site certification audit at the customer・s premises to meet customer・s expected date of certification audit and not later than 10 working days after receipt of the customer・s necessary documents;
to approve the certification and grant the certificate within 20 working days from the date on which all necessary corrective actions following the certification audit / renewal audit and product testing results are reviewed with satisfactory comment.
